Garrett GTB2265vk MFS big hybrid turbocharger for 1.9TDI.
This is the biggest GTB22 out there originally fitted to a 245bhp 530D BMW F10, now vacuum converted upgraded with large 65mm CNC cut GTX style 11 blades performance billet compressor wheel and welded on standard 1.9TDI 1z/AHU exhaust manifold.
It will make betwen 300 and 370bhp on properly built setup (fmic/injectors/ported head with large valves, high lift cam etc.) 2.6-2.9bar max safe boost pressure.
V-band type exhaust flange.

 

Compressor housing can be clock rotated in any position you want with boost outlet  either close or away from the engine block - it can be supplied already clocked accordingly to your instructions.

IMPORTANT!

This is not a bolt on upgrade by any means!

The turbo is welded onto stock cast AHU/1z 1.9TDI manifold and it will fit the head but that's it!

Inlet and outlet of the turbo cold side are both 60mm - you need appropriate pipework for that.

Custom downpipe has to be fabricated, we do sell flanges and clamps if you are fabricating the downpipe yourself.

Braided oil feed is required - it can be found in our shop.

Custom oil return has to be fabricated - there is DIY oil return kit in our shop this is how it looks like when done:

Please note it is importnant that the oil return is fabricated properly and free flowing kinked/restricted oil return will cause oil leaks thru the turbo seals and warranty will be void!

 

We aim to always keep at least one ready in stock but stock levels may vary so please get in touch to confirm availability if your order is urgent! If we are out of stock it takes 3-4 weeks to have another unit ready.
